I have downloaded and stalled the scanner software, but it still prompts "software not installed.
The ImageClass MF632Cdw is on the network and prints fine.

To scan using the MF632, the scanner driver and MFscan utility need to be installed. You can download the drivers and software from our site using the link HERE.
