imageCLASS MF455dw MF Scan Utility Driver Not Installed

Hello, I downloaded MF Scan Utility and installed. When I open MF Scan Utility, it said "A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed. Install it and try again."  I installed the piniter driver "Canon Generic Plus UFR II and it prints fine but the MF Scan Utility is not working property. Does anyone had same problem or solved this problem?

Just upgraded to Windows 11 24H2 and with Microsoft updating their patching the Canon scan utility now works!

Hi shadowsports. I had upgraded from win 10 to win 11 and my scanner on my MF642cdw worked fine.

I just reloaded my computer from scratch and am now getting the same issue as above. what does cause this error?

I have downloaded and installed the MF scan Utility and still get the error. My OS is Win 11 Pro 24H2.

Can you provide the link I would required?
