Mf210 cannot communicate with the printer - using Canon Print Business App - iPhone 13 - iOS version 17.5.1

blue network led on and stable

happens many many times

tried turn on and turn off printer

unplug and replug power

reboot network router

Exit and restart iOS ap

nothing works

Hello, 

If you are able to print but you are unable to scan, it would point to a network communication issue. If you have already tried power cycling your router, you can also try moving the printer to get a better signal. Scanning would require a stronger connection.
