I have a Canon LBP6030w printer. I changed Internet providers recently, and all devices work perfectly, except the printer. I need to change the User Name and Password (or Network Key) to the new sign-in. I have a MacBook Pro, as well as a PC, and various cell phones. They all connected very easily. I cannot get the printer to change to the new info. I called my Internet Provider, the Router Manufacturer (tp-Link X25), and spent hours on the Canon website, and even spoke with tech support on the phone. Any suggestions?

Hello,
In this situation, you can connect the printer to your Mac with a USB cable and perform the initial setup again. You can use the steps in the link HERE. It looks like your router also supports WPS, but you might need to log into the router to use it.
