iPF765 drivers unavailable

I have an ipf765 when I plugged my printer into my computer with windows 10 it shows the printer in printers and scanners but it says drivers unavailable so i went on cannons site and downloaded drivers from there. I have checked and they are on my computer now but i still get the same thing when i plug in printer says drivers unavailable. I appreciate any help.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imagePROGRAF iPF765 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for this printer or its software, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
