Hello everyone! My MG3620 Printer will not print anything. I have cleared the que, restarted it several times, searched through the manual, troubleshooted it through my desktop, and nothing has worked. Has anyone had this issue and/or know how to solve it? Any feedback or suggestions is highly welcome!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and how it communicates with your printer (i.e. via USB or via Wi-Fi). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Hi! So we use Windows! The specifications are as follows:
Edition: Windows 11 Home
Version: 22H2.
We use Wi-Fi communication between the desktop and the printer.
Let me know if any additional information is needed!
