Hi everyone! I'm not super tech savvy, so please bare with me.
Purchased a Canon G6020 about 2 weeks ago. Trying to connect my iPhone 7+ (iOS 15.6.1) wirelessly. I can detect the network on my iPhone Wifi, but when it tries to connect to the printer, I get a white spinning wheel. I am following the instruction booklet and online help to no avail.
Also, since the Canon app is not useable on my MackBook Air, how do I connect that to the printer? I tried using a USB cable and wifi and didn't get anywhere. The printer appeared in my printer preferences, but unable to print to it.
Any help would be much appreciated!
