Hello,
I’ve had this printer for years now and it’s been perfectly fine. We recently had to update the password on our network and now my printer will not print.
I have tried doing manual setup for connecting - me network will pop up but will not give me an option to enter a password so my only option is to hit “ok” and then it tells me it can’t connect.
I’ve tried doing all sorts of resets and factory resets and I have the same issue.
I really need this printer to work asap, please help!

To resolve this issue, please re-run the installer (cableless Setup).

Set up and install, then How to Videos, choose Windows or MAC (depending on your OS)
Downloads for your printer are also available on the same page. Running the installer will give you the ability to set a new wireless password.
