Unable to print in shared network Windows 10 and 11 imageclass644cdw

We share an Imageclass644cdw laser printer with two Windows 11 and one Windows 10 pc.  The two Windows 11 work fine but unable to print with the Windows 10 laptop (it is incompatible for Windows 11).  The troubleshooter says everything is fine but it won't connect and print to the printer.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Please clarify what you are doing. Is this :

1. a freestanding  network printer, that the computers are set to connect to independently of each other, or:

2. is  the printer connected via USB to one computer and you are using printer sharing where the other computers print through the one with the printer on it, or:

3. Is it a freestanding network printer, the computers connect to it over the network, AND YOU WRONGLY CHOSE THE "SHARE THIS PRINTER" option when adding the printer to computers?

Option 1

Did the Win 10 machine ever print to the printer?

Does the printer have a static/fixed IP address?  It should. This involves setting the printer itself and configuring your router to allow a  static IP address range.

If Win 11 machines work fine, there's no technical reason why the 10 machine cannot. I'd suggest completely uninstalling the printer from the 10 machine, then installing it fresh. During installation, the computer either sees the printer or it doesn't. Which is it?
