I'm having the same issues. When moving the "SG20" folder from TWAIN_32 an error that IJ Scan Utility cannot open occurs. Placing the folder back in TWAIN_32 IJ Scan Utility can open but still not able to scan but can print.
Remote UI can communicate and running DOS to ping the printer results in 100% success.
I do also have another Canon printer that uses MF Scan. Can UI Scan and MF Scan co-exist on the same computer?
