I have a Canon imageClass D530 printer that has recently stopped talking to my computer. I hoped that installing the most up-to-date drivers might fix the problem but I can't seem to find the drivers on Canon's website. Searching the website quickly gets me to a site about my printer, https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-d530#idReference%3Dsoftware-drivers, with a nice, big button that says "Software and Drivers", but the only software I can find there are a couple of cell phone apps.
I also tried talking the chatbot that came up when I searched the FAQs, but it said it had no information about drivers for my printer.
The website about my printer that I linked to above claims that my printer is compatible with Windows 11, so I would think there would be a driver available somewhere.
Does anyone know another strategy for finding Canon drivers?
