installed toolbox 4.9 no issues, and scanned using my Canon MF4880 no issues. A week later TB comes up claims no scanner selected. Got to setup and there the MF4880 is on the list. Freezes when I click update. Decide to uninstall. Freezes as soon as I click on continue of off first dialog. Reboot, try again, same outcome. Oh, I printed to the MF4880 after a last reboot to verify port, prints fine. Checked System log, no errors.
How do I uninstall?
Surface 6, Windows 10 latest update, TB 4.9 downloaded three weeks ago.

This sounds like an issue with your hardware or OS and not with TB 4.9
Try uninstall under a different user profile.

Thanks for the time on the reply, Rick.
I have two other surface 6 using the same level of Windows 10. I uninstalled and then reinstalled on one of them. Everything worked fine there.
I suspect a specific corruption on this specific Surface. Thanks for reminding me about the MS Uninstaller. I will try that next.

Unfortunately, the MS Uninstaller Tool did not work.
