Having problems using this printer. Does not allow me to utilize all the features such as printing envelopes or double-sided documents. It also doesn't stay connected. I have to restart my computer to print anything whenever the computer goes to sleep. Any suggestions?....or should I be looking at replacing it with a 'compatible' one. Thanks for any responses.
btw. I've already been around the barn and back with the Geek Squad. Have appreciated their help.
