I'm sorry if I chose the wrong location for this.
When I try to print from Outlook 365, I get an error that the printer is out of paper. I can print with a cable, but not wirelessly. I can print from other applications.
I ran the troubleshooter and it found nothing. I removed the printer, then reinstalled. The problem still exists.
