TR7020a printer not connecting to computer or phones

TR7020a printer will not connect to any of our computers or phones.  I have installed the latest drivers and the WI-FI setup help driver.  The printer is connected to the Wi-Fi and the computers are connected to the same WI-FI, but the error messages I keep getting are the computer is offline, or it won't let me select the printer, or it spools.  During install of the drivers it says it can't find the printer.  I tried doing a USB install and it still couldn't find it.  We have had this printer for about a year, and it worked fine for a while then we had a power surg and it won't work now.  I have tried several times to uninstall and reinstall drivers, put the printer back to factory settings to start over and it still will not connect.  Please if someone knows how to fix this, I would be grateful.

Greetings,

Printer was subjected to a power surge.  It might be damaged?  This isn't fixable if a component was fried.

You believe the printer is connected to the Wi-Fi network.  Login to the admin portal of your router and confirm the IP address it has been assigned.

Using a computer on the same network, you should be able to ping that IP from a command prompt or put it into a web browser and the printer's web server/remote UI should display.

Try these suggestions.  What is the result?
