Like the subject says I just went to print and it says can’t find Airprint printer. I rebooted router and printer many times. Have tried printing from my iPhone 16, iPad 11 and MacBook Pro. There’s a firmware update from 2024 but after I enter the serial number it doesn’t find the printer and asks for an ip address which I don’t know the answer to. Isn’t an ip address for Wi-Fi this is an Ethernet connected printer? Not sure what to try next, the printer worked great until today.

Hello!
Even on Ethernet, your printer still gets an IP address from the router, and AirPrint needs that to work. Check the printer’s network settings or print a configuration page to find the IP, then use it to update firmware or add the printer manually on your Mac. Make sure Bonjour/mDNS is enabled and all devices are on the same network; once the IP is confirmed, AirPrint discovery usually comes back.
