SELPHY Square QX10: unable to print after app update

I would love an update from Canon about when they are going to have their Selphy printer issues sorted. My app updated itself and then wouldn't allow me to print any of the pics via my Selphy printer. I then looked through past comments and found other people had have the issue too. The advice from Canon a week ago was to install the Canon print app - which FYI doesn't recognize my Selphy printer, then reinstall the Selphy printer and then it will work. Well, it doesn't. Anyone else still having this issue. This is beyond frustrating. I used to love my Selphy printer and have never had issues with it until now so I would love any advice or help. Thank you so much.

I am also having the same issue where I can no longer print on the new app for my selphy qx10. I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max on iOS 18.

I'm so upset. I just went to use my printer (after spending $50 on paper/ink) and I am having the same issue. When I open the Selphy App, it's blank (even though it recognizes the printer because it shows the date I registered it) When I download the canon print app, it doesn't show up to connect there. I can't find any way to use the printer

I Have a selphy qx10 and an Iphone 15. The app does not work.

This Canon support page has all the latest Canon Print apps for various phone operating systems and a Selphy layout app, but no drivers (is there one?)  for the printer, not sure what this means.
