I would love an update from Canon about when they are going to have their Selphy printer issues sorted. My app updated itself and then wouldn't allow me to print any of the pics via my Selphy printer. I then looked through past comments and found other people had have the issue too. The advice from Canon a week ago was to install the Canon print app - which FYI doesn't recognize my Selphy printer, then reinstall the Selphy printer and then it will work. Well, it doesn't. Anyone else still having this issue. This is beyond frustrating. I used to love my Selphy printer and have never had issues with it until now so I would love any advice or help. Thank you so much.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know which SELPHY printer model you're using and exactly which operating system is running on your mobile device (i.e. Android or iOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Danny can you please help us…the app isn’t working rendering my selphy square useless. I’m so upset I would like a refund for the printer (and all the many paper/ink packs I bought)!!!

I am also having the same issue where I can no longer print on the new app for my selphy qx10. I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max on iOS 18.

My Selphy square will not print through the new app. Tapping on the screen to print simply does nothing.
I’ve already done multiple troubleshooting steps to no avail.
it simply doesn’t work.
Please help.

I’ve just learnt that the SELPHY app isn’t working. I have in installed both common print and SELPHY and reinstalled and when I open the SELPHY app, it just freezers! Unfortunately my dad just passed away and I wanted to print up some collage photos to put with him in his casket! WHY DOESN'T IT WORK! 😢😢😢 At a time when I really need my printer is today. 😢 Thanks Canon! 😡
