Running Selphy on Android 14. Since the recent update I've been unable to access Google Photos (service previously connected).
I get this error for both wifi and cellular data:
Failed to acquire Web Service information. Check your Internet connection.

Hi Patrick. I did that. It did not resolve it.

I am surprised there has been no movement on supporting these issues.
As noted by Natalie this seems to be an issue with v4 of the Selphy app. In order to 'fix' this I had to download an apk file of version 3 from another website.

Maybe this helps. Android version 15, Selphy CP910. I was having similar problems with the Selphy photo layout. All I have now is the Canon Print Service app and the Canon Print app. With that installed, open Google Photos and choose a picture, click on share and choose the Canon Print app.

Milan9, it would be helpful if you could specify exactly which apps you're referring to.
From what I understand your advice is to bypass the Selphy print app completely?

Yes, I use two officials apps by Canon called Canon PRINT and Canon Print Service. I print directly from Google Photos as described and it works fine.
