Milan9, it would be helpful if you could specify exactly which apps you're referring to.From what I understand your advice is to bypass the Selphy print app completely?
I am surprised there has been no movement on supporting these issues.As noted by Natalie this seems to be an issue with v4 of the Selphy app. In order to 'fix' this I had to download an apk file of version 3 from another website.
