I bought a brand new printer from Amazon and it says it can not verify the printer on my network. I have tried with different computers. I use a Macbook pro and Macbook mini. I have updated the firmware as well as the my computers. Both the computer and the printer on the same network. Can someone provide some help

If you are using macbook pro or Macbook mini, please make sure you download this software in addition to the drivers if your mac says it is not able to verify the printer. This software is termed optional, but it is a must for the mac to connect to your comptuer
