Their support webpage is full of broken links. I have what should be a simple question: Why has Professional Print & Layout stopped opening files?

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information.
What is the exact model of the Canon product you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?
Do you see any error messages?
Which Computer Operating System are you using (Windows 7/8/10/11 or macOS 10/11/12)?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

PRO-300, Windows 11, WiFi. Until last week, Professional Print & Layout would accept drag & drop of JPGs and print just fine. Now it shows the checkerboard pattern after the drag. File->Open behaves the same way. I upgraded to Windows 11 several weeks ago, but it worked after the upgrade. This is v1.3.0.

Suddenly drag and drop works. File Open still does not, but I have a solution!

That was short-lived. Some JPGs drag and drop. Other do not. This one does not.
Nor this one.
