The Canon Print app (v 3.0.0) is installed on a Pixel 6 Pro running Android 13 and attempting to print pictures to a Selphy CP1300. Both devices are connected to the same network. The Print app fails the Photo Print function with a "Cannot communicate with the printer" message. When I go to Smartphone Settings in the Print app, the screen displays "To communicate with a printer, you need to enable Wi-Fi on your smartphone." The phone is already connected to the same network as the printer, Wi-Fi is enabled, and the Print app has all required permissions. I removed and reinstalled the Print app, restarted the phone and printer, and verified that both were connected to the network. The attempt to print failed with the same messages. How do I get this piece of trash app to work?
