Adobe CC *forced* me to update to Photoshop 2025 recently and then Print Studio Pro vanished from my Mac (MS1 Max chip / Ventura 13.4.1). I tried everything mentioned on Adobe community boards, right down to re-installing my old version of Photoshop 2023 from Time Machine; downloading and installing the latest PSP software (for my OS) from the Canon website; and then dragging those PSP files from one folder to another within the Photoshop application under Finder (first to the "Plug-Ins" folder, then to the "Generator" folder within "Plug-Ins," based on various suggestions online).
Nothing works.
I did get PSP to function for one print only when I first moved the files into the Photoshop application's "Plug-In" folder, but the next day, upon loading, Adobe displayed a pop-up window asking if I "wanted" to re-install plug-ins and when I clicked "yes," it deleted PSP instead. I then re-installed PSP.
Then for a time, PSP did open up, but as soon as I tried to print, I got an "error" pop-up window and PSP immediately closed. And now, even that has stopped, and PSP, while still visible in the application Plug-In folder, doesn't show up at all under "Automate" in the Photoshop "File" menu.
Adobe won't help at all, they say to contact Canon. Canon customer service now seems to be mostly these boards. I have several Pro-100's plus ink that were all still working great, but I can't use them at all. Can anyone help?
I did see some items on community help boards saying that Canon has not updated their software to work with Adobe, but those posts were from 2018 and 2022.
If the Canon Pro printers won't play nice with Adobe, what's the use of owning them? I have several, plus boxes of unused ink and I'm at a stand-still. Thanks!

It is in the PlugIn folder. Folder is PSP. I installed using the “manual” process.

MacBook Air M2 w/Sequoia 15.4.1
PSP works fine for me with latest Ps. I don't think you are "forced" to update. If you go to the Creative Cloud app you can install prior versions of Ps.
Screen capture didn't capture the flyout, but PSP shows up in Automate.

My Photoshop 2023 had stopped populating any information from the Creative Cloud, and Adobe support told me I had to update to 2025. Glad it's all working for you, but I'm not sure how to fix things with my different chip and different OS.
I did redownload Photoshop 2023, as stated above, but I'm now getting error messages on that version too, no matter how many times I try to update the PSP software, both from the old version I had in Time Machine, or from the Canon website updates. Perhaps I need to update my Apple OS (since you're on the latest OS with Sequoia) and I'm still on Ventura. My older OS may be creating an issue.
If you can let me know how you updated your PSP software from the Canon website (to sync with PS 2025), and whether or not you had to move the PSP files within the Photoshop 2025 application after they were installed, that would be helpful. I see the PSP files on your third image, but I'm not sure what file they were installed in?
Thanks...

Oops, I meant which folder the PSP files are installed in...?

Thanks for your help! I was able to fix the issue by re-installing all of the Pro-100 software/firmware updates from the Canon website (not just the "Print Studio Pro" file alone, which didn't work).
Oddly, the Canon "install" function did not recognize Photoshop 2025, but it did install the updates into the Photoshop 2023 version I had just re-installed on my Mac. So I dragged all the newly downloaded PSP files from the "Plug-In" folder in PSP 2023 into the folder in PSP 2025, which finally worked.
The reason I had to update to Photoshop 2025, is that 2023 stopped opening properly on my Mac. It just opened to a blank black screen. When I phoned Adobe tech support, I was told that meant I had to update to the 2025 version (perhaps that wasn't true, wouldn't be the first time...). Thanks again...

Glad it worked out. Adobe has made some changes in how their software is configured under the hood since the Transfer to Photoshop tool in Canon DPP4 no longer works.
