I'm installing a new G702 printer on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. When I get to the test print, the print dialog has the Media Type box the instructions say it should have, to allow envelope vs plain paper, front vs rear tray, etc. However, after finishing the installation, the print dialog box no longer has that field, and there is no way to make paper tray selection, for example. Help needed!
