Hello,
I'm struggling to get support for a license activation issue for the copy of Poster Artist I purchased. In 30 days, I've had no reply to the email CITS_CCADMIN@cits.canon.com or able to get past the AA in 800-423-2366. The AA repeatedly asks me for the model and version of my product and despite my repeatedly replies I get nowhere.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong to get access to Canon Support. All the information in the product packaging doesn't appear to be valid or correct.

To have a better understanding of your issue, please let everyone know your printer's model number as well as the operating system on your computer, amd connection method. Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.
