Pixma TR8620a no driver in Ventura or Sonoma???

I'm just starting to need to print hi-def labels. No drivers are available it seems other than iu scan and connection assistant. I need to adjust color and cant seem to properly do so because airprint 3.0 is the only option ATM. I've wasted nearly an entire day watching videos and trying different settings. Plz help or let me know where I can donate this paperweight

Thanks Danny, I'm afraid there is no actual driver so I cannot adjust color settings properly. Unless someone has a work-around
