Printer worked fine couple days ago but when I went to print something today the main screen on the printr itself says printing error Message #6910.
I have tried the suggested solution of cancelling the print job and unplugging and replugging the printer from the outlet. But when you turn it back on it goes through it's initial warmup and goes right back to the error message and will not let you do anything else.
I deleted it from my laptop's device list and when I try to now go back and re-add it it says it can't be found on the network.
Working on Windows 10 OS
Any ideas ?

The loss of a connection is a separate issue. One reason why you kept getting the error message is that the print job may have still been in the computer's print buffer. The simplest way to clear the buffer would have reboot your computer, too.
