Pixma MG5400 need driver for Windows 11

Purchased a new HP laptop with Windows 11 and now cannot connect my printer.

Looked on the support page and it says this model is not compatible with Windows 11.

Is that the end of the situation? No solution? Please help. Can't afford a new printer.

Sometimes the W10 driver will work.

I see this is really old, but you can download a recommended driver from Canon for windows 10 that works just fine will my new windows 11 computer.
