I just replaced my router . I was able to get my TS8322 to recognize the network. Wifi icon is showing on the printer. Can't get computer(windows) or phone(android) to connect with printer. All 3 devices are connected to the same wifi network.

Hi bjomara,
Please tap the Wi-Fi icon in the lower left corner of your TS8322's display.
Next, press tap Wi-Fi.
Next to Connection, does "Enabled" appear?
Looking at the name listed next to "Network name (SSID)", is that the name of your new Wi-Fi?
Please scroll down the list, is the number listed next to Signal Strength greater than 70%?
Below Signal Strength, take note of the number listed next to IPv4 Address and then follow these steps on your Windows computer:
1. Please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter R, then let both go.
2. In the Run window that appears, please type CMD and click OK.
3. In the Command Prompt window that appears, please type:
PING and the IPv4 address noteed above. For example, if the number listed on your printer was 192.168.1.34, please type:
PING 192.168.1.34
and then press the Enter key on your keyboard. You will not be typing 192.168.1.34, you will be typing in the number that appears on the display on your printer next to IPv4 address.
In the results that appear, did you get:
A - Timed out
B - Destination host unreachable
C - Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0
If you got A, your printer and computer are not connected to the same network.
If you got B, please turn your TS8322 off. Please go to your router and unplug the power cord from the back of your router. Wait 3 minutes and then reconnect the power cord to your router. Once your router is back online, please turn your TS8322 back on.
If you got C, that means the computer and printer can communicate with each other. In this case, please install the driver. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Please click this link: https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-ts8322#DOWNLOADS
2. Click on Software & Drivers.
3. Choose "Windows" from the Operating System drop down and then "Windows 11" from the Version drop down.
4. Click the Download button to the right of "Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.03 (Windows)". Note: you may have to click the "Load More" button to locate this.
5. Once that file finishes, please open or run that file to begin the installation on your computer. If you have to search for the file first, the files name is: "md__-win-ts8300-1_03-ea34_2.exe"
6. Follow the on screen prompts to install.
