On a mac 0s 14.5, my Pixma ts7720 won't print a Word doc. I've spent 4 hours with Microsoft support to no avail. I tried to upload files to print from the Canon PRINT window, choosing 'Documents', and it says,
"Supported file format: PDF".
That's the whole list. And of course when choosing a file, the docs are all grayed out, only pdf's normal. Other Microsoft formats work fine (Excel, etc.), despite also being grayed out.
