I have suddenly had issues with my TS6400 whenever I send a document for printing the printer displays a message that the rear paper feeder need attention.... I have the printer set to TRAY as is the PC.
I power cycled the printer and PC no change
I uninstalled the print driver on the PC... Now I am unable to install the driver from the Canon site... I get an error saying "This program is not supported by the computer"
I have tried running the driver install under ADMIN ... get the same message.
Windows 11H
Canon TS6400
WiFi connected (using the same WiFion both devices)
HELP???
