The Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY Version 2.12.0 app is buggy. We have a TS6400 WiFi Printer when we first got it, it worked fine from our smart phones. My wife prints out a lot of return labels, but now they won't print from our phones like the app is supposed to do. I've tried copying the pdf to the phone itself and still it loses connection to the printer. Everything is connected to our home network. I have to send the label to my PC to print it on the same printer the phone says is not connected............ and my PC is Wi-Fi connected to our network too. they need to fix the App.
