My ts5151 scans one page, then puts up a screening all about possible causes why it won't work. Then I have to turn the computers off and only again....and repeat forever each page. It seems that having scanned a page and sent it via wifi quite successfully, Scangear prevents anything more happening! Even when I try to close down the computer it's says that Scangear isn't preventing it.
How can't I stop scangear doing this?

Greetings,
Your issue appears to be software related. Does the issue only occur with scanning and the ScanGear Application?
Are you able to successfully print consistently?
What OS (version and build) are you using the printer with?
