How do you scan multiple pages into one document, currently have to use the flatbed and get each scan as a single pdf when the document is actually multiple pages so want one document of all scanned pages rather than multiple pdfs. I have an autofeeder at the back but doesn't recognise it to scan. Can't see option to change any settings on printer?

Hi there!
We have a few models within the TS5100 series, can you double check the model number on the printer directly? This will typically show on the top or the front of the printer, you may need to lift the paper tray to see it. It will be along the lines of TS51xx where the x's are numbers like 20, 40, etc...
If this is an urgent matter, please check out your other support options HERE.

Hello there, and thank you for clarifying!
Canon USA hosts and operates the Canon Community. The PIXMA TS5151 is a Canon UK exclusive, so our team does not have information on how to support it.
You'll want to reach out to Canon UK for help at https://canon.co.uk
