Greetings,

Please let us know the version of iOS your device is running and if you are printing from an App, such as Canon Print or other, etc.

Please also confirm if the error happens with only one document, image or file type, or any file type?

Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connection Issues for PIXMA TS3722

Check Network Connection

  • Same Network: Ensure your iPhone and PIXMA TS3722 printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Wi-Fi Signal: Verify that the Wi-Fi signal is strong where the printer is located.

Restart Devices

  1. Power Off: Turn off the printer, router, and iPhone.
  2. Wait: Leave them off for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Power On: Start with the router, then the printer, and finally the iPhone.

Verify Printer Settings

  • Network Settings: Access the printer's menu to confirm it is set to connect via Wi-Fi, not USB.
  • SSID and Password: Check that the printer has the correct network name (SSID) and password.

Check Device List

  • Router Settings: Log into your router's settings to see if the printer is listed among connected devices.
  • Connectivity Test: Print a network configuration page from the printer to check its connection status.

Reconfigure Network

  • Manual Connection: If the printer fails to connect automatically, manually re-enter the Wi-Fi settings on the printer.

Update Firmware

  • Firmware Check: Ensure the printer's firmware is up to date. Check Canon's website for any available updates.

iOS 26.3. Somehow I managed to get it ti print. Thank you
