I can’t get my laptop or iPhone to connect to my TS3522 printer. I have connected to WiFi download the app and I keep getting the error message saying that it can’t be connected. Please advise

Hi,
Please do the following:
Locate and press the setup(screwdriver icon) button on your printer untill the number 16 is displayed and then locate and press the printer's Black button.
This will disable the IPV6 setting on the printer. Next, try to reconnect the printer to your iPhone using the steps HERE.
