Hi my printer is like new and it is not connecting to my phone the model number is ts3522 don’t recommend I tried everything it’s not connecting to my phone even the cannon app doesn’t read it please help me

In addition to what Steven is asking for, please also let us know exactly which operating system is running on your mobile device (i.e. Android or iOS, and which version thereof). That would help us all out!
