After we switched internet providers, I've been unable to print from my phone. I get a octagon symbol with an exclamation point. All it says is print error. I have tried to fix this problem but have not been successful. Is there any suggestions on what to do. My printer is a TS3522.

Hi,
You will need to connect your printer to your new wifi network. Please click HERE and scroll down click on WiFi printing. This will provide you with wifi setup instructions to get you printer connected to your network.

The printer is connected. The computer prints just fine.
