PIXMA TR8620 Won't Stay Connected

PIXMA TR8620.  Printer WiFi settings says 100% signal strength.  Mac and PC laptops both show printer as offline.  I power cycle the printer and it sometimes shows on laptops as being back online, but not always.  Just did this earlier today and was able to print a couple documents.  15 minutes later without leaving laptop or turning off printer, it shows as offline again, even though printer still shows 100% signal. Laptop, router and printer all within 6 feet of each other.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1.  Press the gear icon at the bottom of your PIXMA TR8620's display ().

2.  Tap Device settings.

3.  Tap LAN settings.

4.  Tap Wi-Fi.

5.  Tap the Advanced button.

6.  Tap TCP/IP settings.

7.  Tap IPv6.

8.  Tap Yes.

9.  Tap Enable/disable IPv6.

10.  Tap Disable.

11. On set, tap the Home icon in the upper left corner.
