Greetings,
My Pixma TR4500 printer won't accept print jobs. I send documents to the printer but nothing happens. When I go to the print queue, it says it's empty. I've reset the printer by turning it off, waiting a bit with the USB cable and power cord unplugged. I've restarted the computer itself. I've downloaded the drivers again (hence knowing that the test print won't print). Is this planned obsolescence at work? :-((
I'm have a desktop, Win 11 64 bit.
Thanks,
Paul

I suggest registering your product and contacting Canon support.

This driver: TR4500 series Full Driver & Software Package (Windows) says W11.
Do you see the printer in Control Panel->Devices and Printers?

Thanks for your help, John. Yes indeed, the printer does show up in Devices and Printers.
