Hello. I purchased from someone Canon Pixma Pro 100. I have Macbook Pro. I am not able to access REMOTE UI on my Macbook Pro, I probably does not know how. Can someone help me? I will show screen shoots. It asks me for username and password. I also does not know how to custom size of the paper. I have the Canon QUICK Menu, but I can't see anything about customing the size of the paper. Everything seems more difficult on Macbook than on Windows

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which version of macOS is running on your MacBook. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Greetings ,
How is your Pro 100 connected and to what? USB or Wi-Fi.
