My printer is a Pixma MX922. I have a Mac and am using Stamps.com to print shipping labels for my Etsy shop.
My problem: My labels started loading at about half the size they normally would (I print on 11"x9" printer paper) and cut them down. Also my invoices loaded and printed too small to read easily.
When I printed descriptions of my product by copying and pasting to Pages, I had no trouble with that shrinking script.
I can't seem to solve this. My chrome browser is updated. I tried changing browsers but the problem remained. I'm getting around it by now by enlarging the label that prints and using that on my packages. It works, but I'm wasting ink and paper, and time.
