Although screen says that printer is connected, message says that printer can't be found.
MacOS 10.15.5
Authentication: WPA2-PSK
Signal Strength: 81%
Why can't I print?

Hi ajwmd,
Do you have a smart phone or tablet that you can try printing from? As a test, please download and install the free Canon Print Inkjet/Selphy app. Once the app is open, it will search for the printer. If the app is able to detect the printer and perform a print, there may be a security or firewall setting on the computer that is not allowing the printer to be communicated with correctly.
