PIXMA MX410 driver

Hello there; I have an old printer (MX410) that works just fine; since i installed a new hard drive, I cannot install my printer anymore because the driver is no longer available. Is there a way to do it, or I have to get a new one;

Thank you so much in advance.

Welcome to the forum!

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the PIXMA MX410 has been retired. That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers.

You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score an updated replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.

Thank you Tiffany for the quick reply; I am a little sad I have to give up my printer; but it is what it is; I will have to get a new one; Thanks again; Best.

Try the W10 drivers. They frequently work on W11. Your original post said printer was working fine until hard drive failed and you installed a new hard drive. Was W11 installed on old hard drive?

Yes I had W11 installed on the old drive; Ok I will give a try to W10 drivers and let you know; Thank you so much

Hi John; I gave it a try, but in the middle of the installation I connect the printer to the computer via cable but I keep getting the message that the printer can't be detected.
