PIXMA MG4250 not listed for installing driver for IJ Scan Utility 2

I have been trying to install the printer driver for my Pixma MG4250 printer to my MacBook so I can scan a document using IJ Scan Utility 2 but my printer is not listed on the Canon downloads page?

Can anyone please help advise why and offer me any solution?
