PIXMA MX340 printer / HP Pavilion desktop tower does not seem to recognize printer.

About a month ago My HP tower stopped recognizing my MX340 Canon Printer.I think i need help trying to reinstall the printer.Thanks. Both units

Thanks, i figured it out. I went to windows systems and found hp e-ink jet and uninstalled it.
