I am running Windows 11 and have an MX 340 printer. I changed internet providers to Xfinity and not printer is showing not responding. I changed the wifi setting on the printer so I am connected to the new network and the printer is showing "ready" but not responding. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Tas!
Thank you for reaching out!
Please note that the PIXMA MX340 was retired in 2016. As a result, all official Canon support has ceased, and no new software or drivers have been developed.
That being said, when you change WiFi, you need to re-pair your printer. This means the printer needs to be re-connected to the WiFi (which it sounds like you've done), and all of your computers need to be told "the new address" of the printer, which typically means uninstalling and re-installing the software/drivers for your printer. The latest software is available at https://canon.us/4jLUopA
