I am having trouble setting up my Pixma MG6200 printer/scanner after resetting my desktop computer. My laptop, on the same system works fine as the desktop did, but now I just can't seem to get it to work. It may be other software that is interferring. Any ideas?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). We also need to know exactly which printer in the PIXMA MG6200 series you're using. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower left. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
