Any reason why my canon pixma MG5400 series printer doesn’t ask for my internet password when trying to connect to my new T-Mobile router. Switched from Xfinity to T-Mobile and now printer won’t connect

Thanks for joining the conversation, Kneal76!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG5400 series. The model number appears on the printer's control panel near the Stop button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

We just had to replace the router and now I have the same problem. Trying to set it up an it never asks for the password and just says connection failed. TS8320
